The staff was friendly, breakfast was nice! Hotel was family-friendly, we appreciated mountain view from our family studio. Gora Onsen district was worth visiting. You can get to the bus station within 5 minutes' walk.

So glad we choose it, it's ideal base for staying in Hakone. We were greeted by helpful owner. Moreover, we parked at the parking on site. Everything was good!
